Our studio is at Ground Floor, Unit G2/74 Manners Street, Te Aro, Wellington 6011, New Zealand. Please read this policy to understand returns and refunds for our greeting cards, custom printed materials, invitations and stationery.
This return policy applies to all orders of handmade cards and printed materials placed through our website by customers in New Zealand. We sell greeting cards, thank-you cards, custom invitations, stationery and other printed materials from our Wellington-based NZ business.
Eligibility
Returns may be accepted if the handmade card or printed material is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described. Custom-printed items (e.g. personalised invitations, stationery or greeting cards made to your specification) cannot be returned unless they are faulty or we have made an error. Our handmade cards and printed materials are produced in Wellington, New Zealand; eligibility for return depends on the type of product (greeting cards, invitations, stationery) and condition as received in NZ.
Timeframe
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order in New Zealand to request a return. We will confirm whether your return is accepted and provide instructions for sending the item back. This applies to all handmade cards and printed materials ordered from our Wellington studio for delivery within NZ.
Process
Contact us via the contact page or email with your order details and reason for return. If we approve the return, we will tell you where to send the item within New Zealand. Items (greeting cards, printed materials, invitations or stationery) must be returned in their original condition where possible. Once we receive and inspect the return at our Wellington address, we will process a refund or replacement as agreed. Refunds
